1. Cancellation / Refund
If the order has not yet been approved by the physician, you may cancel the order any time on our contact us page through our message form select the Nature of inquiry drop down "Order Already Placed." we will cancel the order. Customer cannot cancel an order once the physician has approved it. There is are no refunds if the physician has approved your order. There are no refunds if the order has been shipped.
2. How does the ordering of medications online work?
Customers who have recently had a physical exam with their physician, in most cases do not need to have another physical to receive a prescription for the medication they may need. Instead, a person may request to have their medical history reviewed by one of our US licensed physicians. A thorough review of the medical history often times is enough for our physician to be able to write the prescription. If one of our physicians or one of our pharmacists has a question about anything, they will contact you before choosing whether to write the prescription or not.
3. How does the review of my order work?
You will be asked to complete a detailed form outlining your medical history and any current conditions or medications that you are currently taking. There is a unique form for each type of prescription medications we offer that centers its question on that particular medication. All the questions that are asked on the form are the same type of questions your physician would ask you if you were to make an office visit. The physician reviewing your medical history and the pharmacist filling your prescription may possibly contact you for further details and or decline your request for the prescription you ordered.
4. What happens once I submit my order?
A US licensed physician will review the information you have submitted and either approve or decline your request. If approved, the physician will write the prescription and send it to the pharmacy where it will be filled and shipped to you via FedEx 2 day Delivery for FREE or an extra charge for Priority Overnight or Overnight Delivery. Your prescription will include information explaining the usage, dose, and precautionary information for your medication.
5. Is this Legal?
Our organization is committed to meeting and exceeding current regulations. We only utilize US licensed physicians that practice in the US. Our pharmacies are licensed to ship medications to your state and we employ licensed US pharmacists to provide you with the highest standards of pharmaceutical care. All medication is obtained from legitimate pharmaceutical wholesalers, so you rest assured you are receiving the same medication as you would at your neighborhood pharmacy.
6. What prescription medications do you dispense?
We only offer medications that can be prescribed from online consultations; therefore we carry a very limited number of medications. We strictly carry ONLY non-controlled FDA approved medications. No legitimate online medical company will ever offer narcotics or addictive medications via the Internet. The medications offered on our website do not require a physical examination. A thorough review of your medical history is sufficient.
7. What is your cancellation policy?
You may only cancel your order before your order reviewed by a Physician you can e-mail, message, or calling us with your order number to cancel.
8. What are your shipping rates and policies?
Once the pharmacy has received your prescription, it will be filled and shipped by FedEx. We will pay for the shipping FedEx 2 Day Delivery for FREE or you can select for an extra charge (Priority Overnight, Overnight) or a credit back - $5.00 for 3 day FedEx Saver for your order. It is important to track your package so you can receive it. Please ONLY place your order when you will be available to have your package delivered. We are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes at this time. We must have an adult signature at the time of delivery.
9. When will my order be processed?
All Orders received before 11:00 AM PST / 2:00 PM EST are normally fulfilled and shipped out the same day. We will notify you if there is a problem with your order. In the event your contact information is incorrect your order will be cancelled.
10. When will I receive a Tracking Number for my Order?
Tracking Numbers will be displayed under your account after 2PM PST / 5PM EST if it was approved. We only provide tracking numbers when you login to your account. Emails are not sent when your order is shipped out. Decline orders do not receive Tracking Numbers.
11. Do you offer DEA controlled substances?
We strictly do not offer any DEA controlled substances.
12. When are orders shipped?
All of ours orders are shipped five days a week, Monday through Friday. Orders during the weekends or holidays will be shipped out the next business day.
13. Can I pay with my credit card?
Note: When paying for prescription medication an authorization HOLD is placed on the card and the transaction is not finalized until after the doctor has completed consultation and has approval the prescription is written.
1. Customer places an order using a credit card.
2. A link from Authenticate.com is sent to the customer to verify a government issued ID and submit a selfie for verification.
3. Once the customer verifies their ID and selfie, the order is sent to Customer Service for order review to send to the doctor.
4. If doctor approves the order, the payment is finalized, if the doctor denies the order approval, customer is not charged. Once payment is finalized it sent to the U.S. licensed pharmacy to be fulfilled and shipped. The customer is then provided with a tracking number.
14. Do you ship Internationally?
Sorry we ship only within the U.S, we cannot ship Internationally at this time.
15. Do you accept insurance?
No, we do not accept any insurance plans.
16. What is the minimun age to use your service?
21 is the minimum age to use our service. We must have an adult signature at the time of delivery.
