RxSavesNow.com offers telemedicine services that enable the prescription of medications through U.S.-licensed physicians in the customer's state.

Cancellation Process

Never charged unless your FDA medication is approved by the physician, If the order has not yet been approved by the physician, you may cancel the order any time on our contact us page through our message form select the Nature of inquiry drop down "Order Already Placed." we will cancel the order. Customer cannot cancel an order once the physician has approved it.

Credit Card Payment Process

Note: When paying for prescription medication an authorization HOLD is placed on the card and the transaction is not finalized until after the doctor has completed consultation and has approval the prescription is written.

1. Customer places an order using a credit card.

2. A link from Authenticate.com is sent to the customer to verify a government issued ID and submit a selfie for verification.

3. Once the customer verifies their ID and selfie, the order is sent to Customer Service for order review to send to the doctor.

4. If doctor approves the order, the payment is finalized, if the doctor denies the order approval, customer is not charged. Once payment is finalized it sent to the customer neighborhood pharmacy they select for shipping. The customer is then provided with a tracking number.

We have set a unique and trained staff in which are dedicated to providing you professional, caring, and timely service. Quality customer service is our top priority. You can reach us by our new website Messaging system or simply by email or phone during normal business hours (Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EST, excluding holidays). We will do our best to answer your request promptly or within 24 hours, all correspondence will be confidential.

Order delivery (Cut off times)

Orders normally received during the work week (Monday/Thursday) before 11:00am PST /2:00pm EST are shipped and customers receive their order the following business day if paid for Priority Overinight, Overight delivery or FREE 2 Day delivery. If an order is placed on Friday (before 11:00am PST /2:00pm EST) the order will be shipped that same day, but will be delivered during the next business day (Monday). However all orders placed on Friday after (11:00am PST /2:00pm EST), will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. We don't offer Saturday delivery.

Tracking Numbers will be displayed under your account after 2pm PST / 5pm EST.
